What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We'll have welcome drinks starting at 4pm, so plan to arrive by then to settle in before the ceremony begins. We recommend not cutting it too close — parking and getting seated take a few minutes, and we'd hate for you to miss a moment.
Which airport should I fly into?
The best airport to fly into is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). It’s a major hub with frequent domestic and international connections, and it’s centrally located — typically 10–20 minutes from most accommodations and venues.
Will events be outdoors?
Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors. November is a beautiful time to enjoy Arizona evenings, but temperatures do cool after sunset, so we recommend bringing a wrap or light jacket for your comfort.
What will the weather be like?
November is Phoenix at its best! Expect warm, sunny days around the mid-70s, dipping into the 50s once the sun sets. A light wrap or jacket will keep you comfortable for the evening celebrations.
Can I bring kids?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the weekend!
Will transportation be provided?
Because all wedding weekend events are located at or near Royal Palms Resort, transportation will not be provided. Rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are readily available throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Is the farewell brunch open to everyone?
The farewell brunch is a smaller gathering just for our out-of-town guests staying through Sunday.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If you have any questions about your invitation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Do I need a visa to come to the USA?
For UK guests: Most travelers can enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, which means you do not need a full visa, but you must apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). It’s a quick online application and is valid for two years. You’ll also need: 1) A valid passport (valid for 6 months beyond your stay), 2) A return ticket. If you’re unsure about anything, just reach out — we’re happy to help.
